延伸护理服务在肾病内科患者中的应用效果评价

Effectiveness Evaluation of Extended Nursing Service Applied to Patients with Kidney Disease

目的:探讨延伸护理服务在肾病内科患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年1-8月的1250例肾病出院患者作为对照组进行常规护理工作,2015年1-8月的1352例肾病出院患者作为试验组开展延伸护理服务。两组出院后应用统一制定的满意度调查问卷进行满意度回访,对比分析问卷结果。结果:试验组护理服务的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肾病内科开展延伸护理服务能明显提高患者的满意度,提高护理人员工作成就感,值得推广及应用。

Objective： To discuss the effect of extended nursing service applied to patients with kidney disease.Method： From January 2014 to August 2014 in our hospital, 1250 discharged patients with kidney disease were elected as the control group and proceeded routine nursing, from January to August 2015 in our hospital, 1352 cases of discharged patients with kidney disease were elected as the experimental group and proceeded the extended nursing.After discharged two groups were carried out satisfaction review with unified satisfaction questionnaire, and results of questionaire were analyzed.Result： The nursing service satisfaction of the experimental group was better than the control group, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Applying extended nursing service to patients with kidney disease can significantly improve patients＇ satisfaction and the achievability of nurses, which is worth for further clinical promotion.
