各民族相互嵌入式社区环境建设研究——以广东社区民族工作实践为例

Built-in Community Environment Construction with Multiple Ethnic Groups: A Case Study of Guangdong Province

社区民族工作是城市社区建设发展的重要内容,是做好新形势下城市民族工作题中应有之义,各民族相互嵌入式社区环境建设更是促进城市和谐发展的客观要求。社区是各民族交往交流交融的重要平台,做好社区民族工作重要而紧迫。开展社区民族工作,要"搭好一个平台——社区民族工作平台","紧扣两大任务——少数民族居民服务管理、民族团结进步宣传创建"。广东探索社区民族工作中把握"促进民族团结、加强人文关怀、一切从实际出发、整合资源统筹兼顾"四个基本原则,具有"形势倒逼、率先起步;顶层设计、统筹谋划;示范带动、由点及面"等三大特点。

Ethnic works in communities is a key aspect of urban community construction. Built-in community environment construction with multiple ethnic groups is an objective requirement for promoting harmonious urban development. Community is a critical platform for interaction between different ethnic groups. To fulfill this task, it is necessary to build the ethnic groups working platform in community, while serve ethnic residents and promote the publication of national comity and progression. There are four fundamental principles and three characters of community ethnic work in Guangdong Province.
