地理教师PCK结构发展的动力机制

摘要 PCK即学科教学知识简称,是学科知识和教学知识的整合,是教师专业发展的核心基础。地理学科教学知识是地理教师专业成长的核心,也是地理教师从事教学的基础,地理教师的PCK结构具有实践性、动态性的特征。本文从地理教师的不同发展阶段出发,探究其PCK结构发展的动力机制,促进地理教师学科教学知识的发展和完善。
