摘要
本文针对智能仪表资源有限,实时性要求强的特点,提出新的热电阻信号非线性修正算法,实现高精度的非线性修正。通过理论计算、误差估计、仿真和实际应用的验证,该算法达到了目前同类产品的最高精度级≤0.075%,成本大大降低,有良好的应用前景。
The resource of intellig ent instrument is limited and the request of real-time is very importance.Aim at these characteristics,a new alg orithm about the RTD sig nal is presented.It will finish non-linearity compensat-ed of RTD sig nal with hig h accuracy.Throug h theory calculation,error estimate,imitate and actual application.The accuracy of this alg orithm is≤0.075%and attain tallest accuracy of the current product.Lowered the hardware cost.Good result are achieved.
