The Capability Maturity Model(CMM)is a set of standard for judging the effectiveness and maturity of the software processes,which stresses on the management of the software development processes,improving and juging the project capability.This paper stresses on discussing the concept and content of PDB.It discusses the detail defini tion of PCB and introduces how to apply the PCB to analyze and improve the process.At last it provides some guid ances for the implementation of CMM.
