摘要
泄放水调节阀流量特性关系到泄放水蒸发器能否正常工作。为了研究顶杆型线对泄放水调节阀流量特性的影响,采用C FD方法对采用不同顶杆型线的调节阀的流量特性进行了数值模拟,并对结果进行了试验验证。结果表明,将圆柱顶杆侧面对称铣出5%斜面可大大改善调节阀流量特性的线性度,在此基础上加装环套可使阀门在全开度范围内都具有良好的线性流量特性,将带5%对称斜面的顶杆,在斜面终点铣出弧形凹槽可使阀门具有良好的等百分比流量特性。与试验结果对比,基本可以确定计算结果的有效性。
Vent drain valve flow characteristics related to the evaporator drain drainage is working properly. In order to study the jack type of vent line drainage regulating valve flow characteristics, the use of CFD methods with different flow characteristics jack type line regulating valve was simulated, and the results were verified by experiments. The results showed that the cylinder ram side milled 5% symmetrical ramp can greatly improve the linearity of the valve flow characteristics; on this basis, the installation of the valve within the collar can have a full range of good linear flow characteristics; will take 5% symmetric slant ram at the end of ramp milled arcuate recess can have good equal percentage valve flow characteristics. Comparison with experimental results, which can be calculated to determine the validity of the results.
