计划生育手术与异位妊娠相关因素的临床分析

Clinical analysis of related factors of family planning operation and ectopic pregnancy

选取本院2009年6月10日——2014年4月10日妇产科进行诊治的60位异位妊娠患者作为参考资料。计划生育手术是导致异位妊娠的主要因素,计划生育手术患者一旦术后感染,就会形成或导致很多炎症疾病,严重的甚至会出现输卵管慢性炎症。异位妊娠患者不受年龄的限制,且主要是由于计划生育手术后感染造成的比较多,因此,建议患者采取良好的避孕措施,尽量避免计划生育手术,只有减少计划生育手术或是人工流产的次数才会降低异位妊娠的发生概率。

60 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were selected from June 10, 2009 to April 10, 2014 as a reference. Family planning operation is a major factor leading to ectopic pregnancy. It will cause a lot of inflammatory diseases or even chronic inflammation once family planning surgical patients are infected. Ectopic pregnancy was caused mainly by family planning operation with no age restrictions. Therefore, we recommended that patients take good contraceptive measures and avoid family planning surgery, and only by reducing family planning surgery or induced abortion can reduce the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy.
