摘要 随着人们物质生活水平的不断提升,对于乳制品的认识也变得更为全面,对乳品中所含营养价值的要求也越来越高。近几年,虽然我国乳制品销量呈现逐年增长的趋势,但乳制品极容易受到有害微生物的污染,最终导致其腐败变质。从食品安全角度出发,对乳品的有害微生物的检测方法进行了剖析。 With the continuous improvement of people's material life level, the understanding of dairy has become more comprehensive, and people also have increasing requirements on nutritional value of dairy products. In recent years,although there is a growth trend of China's dairy sales year by year, dairy products are likely to affected by harmful microorganisms, and eventually become spoilage. Detection method of harmful microorganisms in dairy products were analyzed from the view of food safety.
