摘要
降雨作为一种普通的自然现象,对城市道路交通有着不可忽视的影响,不同强度的降雨对城市道路网络行程时间可靠的影响程度不同。本文在美国联邦公路局的道路行程时间模型的基础上,结合降雨天气下城市道路交通特性,建立降雨天气下道路行程时间函数RB-BPR(Rain Based Bureau of Public Roads),并结合Wardrop第二原理,运用串并联理论建立路网的行程时间可靠度计算模型。经算例验证该模型能反映不同降雨强度对交通网络的可靠性影响程度。
Precipitation, as a common natural phenomenon, has a negligible impact on urban road traffic. Under different rainfall intensity, the stability of the urban road network travel time is not exactly the same. In this article, road travel time function under rainfall weather is established with the introduction of rainfall intensity factor On the travel time model of Bureau of Public Roads. With systematic optimal assignment formula and series-parallel theory, the model to evaluate the travel time reliability of road network system is proposed. The example results show that the calculation results can be fully revealed degree of influence on the transportation network reliability under different rainfall intensities.
