摘要
目的观察葡萄糖复合液湿敷对甘露醇致静脉炎的预防效果。方法将滴注甘露醇的120例患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组60例采用葡萄糖复合液湿敷,对照组60例采用50%硫酸镁湿敷。结果实验组发生率8.33%,对照组21.67%,两组效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖复合液湿敷预防甘露醇致静脉炎效果优于50%硫酸镁湿敷,操作简单,安全可靠,值得推广。
Objective Observation glucose compound liquid wet apply to mannitol cause phlebitis prevention effect. Methods Will drip mannitol of 120 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group of 60 patients with glucose compound liquid wet apply. Control group 60 patients with 50% magnesium sulfate wet apply. Results The experimental group rate 8.33%, the control group 21.67%, two groups of effect comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Glucose compound liquid wet apply prevention mannitol cause phlebitis effect is better than that of 50% magnesium sulfate wet apply. The operation is simple, safe, reliable, and is worth popularizing.
