口腔种植术中CBCT三维成像的临床应用体会 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨口腔种植术中CBCT(cone beam computer tomography)的三维成像的临床应用。方法随机选取进行口腔种植术的患者90例,分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组采用临床传统的CT方法治疗,研究组采用CBCT三维成像的方法。探讨口腔种植术中CBCT三维成像技术与传统CT疗法相比的优越性,应用价值及临床效果等。结果研究组患者在口腔种植术中所需时间、以及出血量都明显比对照组少,且有更高的手术成功率,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在口腔种植术中采用CBCT三维成像技术可明显缩短手术时间,减小创伤以及获得较高的成功率,值得在口腔临床推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical application of three-dimensional cone beam computer tomography(CBCT) imaging system at oral implant. Methods 90 patients with oral implantation were divided in two groups. 45 cases were in each group. The research group was treated with CBCT 3D imaging technology, while the control group was treated with traditional CT. The comparisons between two groups were used to explore the superiority, clinical value and clinical effect of CBCT 3D imaging technology. Results The research group had shorter time of dental implant surgery and less amount of bleeding as well as higher operation success rate, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusions CBCT 3D imaging technology is effective to shorten operation time, reduce operative wound and improve success rate, which is worthy of clinical application in stomatology.
