摘要
[目的]探讨医护合作式疾病宣教对哮喘患儿自护能力及疾病知识的影响。[方法]将儿科收治的110例哮喘患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上应用医护合作式疾病宣教,对比分析两组患儿自护能力及疾病知识掌握情况。[结果]观察组患儿对雾化吸入、规范用药、合理饮食、规范锻炼、定期复诊等疾病知识的掌握率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿出院时、出院后3个月时自我护理能力、自我护理技能、自我概念、自护责任感、健康知识水平评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院后3个月日间症状评分、夜间症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]医护合作式疾病宣教能有效提高哮喘患儿疾病知识及自护能力,有效改善患儿临床症状,促进患儿预后。
Objective:To probe into the influence of medical and nursing cooperation model of health education on self-care ability and disease knowledge of children with asthma.Methods:A total of 110 children with asthma were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number 55 cases each.Children of control group were given routine health education.And children of the observation group were given medical and nursing cooperation model of health education based on the routine health education.Both the selfcare ability and diseases knowledge of the two group children were compared and analyzed.Results:The mastering rate of disease knowledge(atomization inhalation,standard medication,diet,exercises standard,regular return visits,etc.)of the observation group children were higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The score of self-care ability,self-care skills,self-concept,self-care responsibility,health knowledge levels(at discharge,3months after discharge)of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The day symptom score and the night symptom scores(3months after discharge)of the observation group children were lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Medical and nursing cooperation model of health education can effectively improve disease knowledge,self-care ability and clinical symptoms in asthma children,and promote their prognosis.
