多维度康复护理策略在精神分裂症病人中的应用

Application of multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing strategy in patients with schizophrenia

[目的]观察多维度康复护理策略在精神分裂症病人中的应用效果。[方法]将108例精神分裂症病人随机分为对照组与观察组各54例,对照组接受常规康复护理,观察组采用多维度康复护理策略进行干预,采用功能活动调查表(FAQ)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、社区人群功能测定量表(COOP/WONCA)、生命质量评价量表(QL-index)、卡氏评分(KPS)对两组病人干预前后生活技能、社会功能及生活质量进行评价。[结果]观察组病人干预后ADL、FAQ、SDSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),而其COOP/WONCA、QL-index、KPS评分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用多维度康复护理策略对精神分裂症病人实施干预,在提高其生活技能、社会功能以及生活质量方面均具备积极效应。

Objective：To probe into the application effects of multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing strategy in patients with schizophrenia.Methods：A total of 108 schizophrenia patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the test groups 54 cases each.Patients of the control group received routine hospital care.Patients of the test group received multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing strategy.By using ADL,FAQ,SDSS,COOP/WONCA,QL-index,and KPS,the life skills,social function and quality of life of two groups patients were evaluated.Results：The score of ADL,FAQ,SDSS in the test group cases were significantly lower than that in the control group.While scores of COOP/WONCA,QL-index,KPS in test group cases were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing strategy for schizophrenia patients had positive effects in improving life skills,social functions and quality of life.
