摘要 [目的]运用情景模拟训练提升新护士的沟通能力。[方法]将2013年8月招聘的新护士37人作为观察组,将2012年8月招聘的新护士32人作为对照组,对照组采用传统的讲课方法,观察组除了传统讲课之外,运用情景模拟训练方法进行培训,培训后3个月采用自制的沟通能力测评量表对两组新护士的培训效果进行评价。[结果]培训后观察组新护士沟通能力总分为87.41分±6.53分,明显高于对照组的73.75分±7.19分(P<0.01)。[结论]情景模拟训练有助于提高精神科新护士的沟通能力。 Objective:To probe into the application of scene simulation training in the communication ability training of new nurses in psychiatric department.Methods:Totally 37 new nurses recruited in August 2013 were selected as the observation group.And 32 new nurses recruited in August 2012 were as the control group.The control group nurse received the traditional lecture method.Nurses of the observation group received traditional lectures and scene simulation training.After 3 months training,the training effects of the two groups of new nurses were evaluated by using the self-made communication skills assessment scale.Results:The communication skills score in the observation group(87.41±6.53)was higher than that of the control group(73.75±7.19)(P0.01).Conclusion:The scene simulation training can help to improve the communication ability of new nurses in psychiatric department.
