The Yi nationality is a typical mountain population in the southwest region of Yunnan province.Yi people＇ village location in Yunnan showed a bi- isomorphism of the coupling of ecological adaptation and survival. The ecological environment has the decisive significance to the Yi People＇s living activities. In order to ensure the normal operation of survival activities,Yi people couple ecological protection concepts with life practice,through protecting the forests,scattering living,and ensuring the ecological environment to carry out continuous activities for living supports. And the living environment of the Yi villages breeds the idea of coexistence between human beings and nature and realistic prospects,which provides a beautiful countryside construction concept and reference for the protection of ecological environment and the ecological culture.
