摘要
目的:研制一种便于准确穿刺、且能够在经皮侧后路椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘髓核摘除手术中减少X射线透视次数的穿刺定位装置。方法:通过分析在X射线透视下行经皮侧后路椎间孔镜手术穿刺过程的投影定位原理,参考高温消毒柜、手术床及人体尺寸,设计并制作经皮侧后路椎间孔镜腰椎间盘髓核摘除手术的穿刺定位器。结果:经临床验证,该装置可达到手术定位准确、调整快速的目的,穿刺成功率高,并能够有效减少X射线透视次数,且加工成本低,使用方便。结论:经皮侧后路椎间孔镜穿刺定位器的研制使用有利于侧后路椎间孔镜下髓核摘除手术的顺利开展,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To develop a type of puncture guiding device for transforaminal percutaneous endoscopic discectomy, which is convenient for accurate puncture and helpful for reducing the times of phnendoskiascope. Methods: This device was designed on the basis of analysing the process of transforaminal percutaneous puncture and the dimensions of high temperature disinfection cabinet, operating-table and human body. The designed device was fabricated by 304 stainless steel and plastic material. Results: The device is low-cost and convenient to use. Through a verification test and tryout, it is helpful to puncture accurately and reduce the times of phnendoskiascope.Conclusion: The puncture guiding device is helpful for the transforaminal percutaneous endoscopic discectomy and worth popularizing in clinical application.
