2011-2015年南京市涉水管材管件卫生监测结果分析

Analysis on the sanitary condition of drinking water related products in Nanjing from 2011 to 2015

目的:对南京市地产管材及管件产品的卫生状况进行分析,为卫生监督与卫生技术指导提供科学依据。方法:选取2011-2015年南京市疾病预防控制中心对涉水产品生产企业进行卫生监测和各级卫生监督机构封存送检的177份产品,按"生活饮用水标准检验方法"和卫法监发[2001]161号"生活饮用水卫生规范"文件要求进行检测和评价。结果:2011-2015年共监测地产管材和管件177份,合格173份,总合格率为97.7%,管材和管件的合格率基本一致。金属类、塑料类和复合材料类管材及管件的合格率分别为95.8%、98.9%及100.0%。不合格产品中检出的不合格指标为铁、锌和锑。结论:南京市地产管材和管件的总体卫生状况良好,产品中金属物质溶出是存在的主要卫生问题。

Objective： To understand the general sanitary condition of drinking water related pipes and fittings products in Nanjing, and provide a scientific basis for governments to implement sanitation supervision and technical guidance of drinking water related products. Methods： 177 drinking water related pipes and fittings were supervised in Nanjing during 2011-2015. All products were detected and evaluated according to GB/T 5750-2006 and ‘Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water＇, respectively. Results： The general qualification rate of drinking water related products in Nanjing was 97.7%, and the qualification rate of metal, plastic and composite material products was 95.8%, 98.9% and 100.0% respectively. No obvious different was found among the three kinds of pipes and fittings. And iron, zinc and antimony were the mainly problems in drinking water related products. Conclusion： The overall sanitary condition of drinking water related products from 2011 to 2015 in Nanjing is good, while metal dissolution is the major health problem in these products.
