摘要
采用大型有限元软件ANSYS对某大桥承台混凝土水化热进行了仿真分析,从混凝土入模温度、混凝土每立方米水泥用量以及冷凝管这三个方面分析其对大体积混凝土温度场的影响,得出了应选择适宜的入模温度、满足要求下降低水泥含量以及根据工程实际配置合适的冷凝管均可以有效的降低大体积混凝土的温度,更好的控制结构内外温差,为类似工程提供一定的参考.
In this paper,the heat of hydration from cushion cap in a bridge is simulated by using software ANSYS,the impact for temperature field is analyzed from aspects of concrete temperature,cement amount in every cubic meter,condenser pipe. Finally we got the conclusion that proper temperature,decreasing amount of concrete,properly configured condenser pipe are all good for decreasing temperature and controlling temperature difference.
