Reconstruction of Artistic Prospect in Poetry Translating

意境对诗歌的重要性早已为文学理论家所强调,但如何在译文中实现对源语文本意境的重构一直是困扰诗歌翻译的未解难题。研究认为,成功的翻译必须经由阅读的不同境界,突破诗歌的语言层面,以译者的个人经验和世界知识对原作意境进行反复融合,并在此基础上发挥目的语优势,实现对原诗意境的重构。

The importance of artistic prospect to poetry has already been emphasized by literary theorists. But how to reconstruct artistic prospect in translation remains an unsolvable problem. This study proposes that reading is essential to successful translating. When reading,the translator is required to grasp the interior artistic prospect of the SL,repeatedly fuses his / her individual experience and general knowledge into it,and at length,makes every effort to reconstruct it loyally in TL.
