摘要
目的 探讨信息化急诊预检分诊系统的应用效果.方法:分别取2014年4~7月与2015年4~7月就诊患者信息,对比二次分诊率及应用前后医护满意率等指标.结果:系统应用前后同期患者诊疗数差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05 ) ; 急诊二次分诊率明显下降CP〈0.05).结论:急诊预检分诊系统的建立与应用,实现了急诊预检分诊的信息化,提高了急诊护理质量,提高了患者的就诊安全率.
Objective To analyze the application effect of triage system in emergency department. Methods: The information of emergentpatient from Apr to Jul 2014 and 2015 were contrasted the secondary triage rate, while the satisfaction of medical staffs was comparedbefore and after application triage system. Results: The differences of diagnosis and treatment for patients with the same period before andafter the system application had no statistical significance (P〉Q.Q5); the secondary emergency triage rate significantly decreased (P〈0.05).Conclusion: Emergency service establishment and application of triage system, realized the informatization in emergency preview triage,improve the quality of emergency nursing and improve the patient^ medical safety.
