一例应用复合手术治疗颅内动脉瘤患者的护理 被引量:5

摘要 复合手术室(Hybrid手术室)是指将数字减影血管造影(DSA)系统直接安装在手术室中,可同时进行外科手术、血管介入治疗和影像学检查,Hybrid手术是指分期冠脉支架植入和冠脉手术联合治疗冠心病,在治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤时,行夹闭手术或血管内介入治疗存在困难,Hybrid手术为其治疗提供了新的理念.我科于2015年6月收治1例左侧颈内动脉瘤患者,行球囊辅助开颅动脉瘤夹闭术,治疗效果满意,现报告如下.
