浅谈电气化铁路牵引变电所的战备设计与抢修原则 被引量:2

摘要 随着电气化铁路在国民社会、经济和战略上发挥着越来越重要的作用,牵引供电系统作为电气化铁路的动力能源核心,其战备安全问题值得关注。针对电气化铁路的外部电源及牵引变电所将成为未来战争中精确制导武器打击的重点目标,从设计标准、设计方案和抢修原则等方面进行了分析。对如何提高铁路外部电源的安全可靠性,增强牵引变电所的供电能力、抗打击能力以及战时受损的恢复能力等方面进行了思考与建议,对铁路军交运输系统设计具有一定的指导意义。 With the electrified railway playing a more and more important role in the national society,economy and strategy,the security of the traction power supply system,as a dynamic energy core of the electrified railway,is worth much of our attention.As the external power and traction substations of electrified railways may become the key targets to be attacked with precisionguided weapons,they are analyzed in the paper respectively from the angles of design standards,design solutions and principles for rush-repair.How to improve the security and reliability of the external power supplies and enhanced the traction substation power supply capability,anti-strike capability and capacity of recovery in wartime are reflected upon,with useful suggestions put forward.The paper may serve as a useful reference for the design of railway military transportation.
