摘要
铁路T梁为了满足声屏障的设置,采用了后浇边梁翼缘桥面板的设计,即在预制T梁时边梁的外侧声屏障处的桥面板留置1 350mm,在T梁架设后与部分桥面板一起现浇。现浇过程中需要保证桥面的通行,不得影响其他施工;同时由于是高空施工,施工安全必须保证。所以后浇施工的重点是模架体系的设计选用,通过总结施工中的经验,介绍了三种模架的设计方案,希望对T梁现浇桥面板及类似工程的施工有所帮助。
In order to meet the requirement in the setting of the sound barrier of the railway T-shaped beam, the bridge deckpanel is designed with the post-cast side beam flange,by which we mean that?when the T-shaped beam is prefabricated^ clearanceof 1 350 mm at the out side of the deck panel is pre-kept for the sound barrier,w hich will be cast-in-place at the same timeas part of the deck panel after the T-shaped beam is erected. In the course of the pre-casting construction, the passage of thebridge has to be ensured and other construction processes should not be influenced. In the meanwhile?the safe constructionshould also be ensured because the construction has to be performed high overhead?in which case during the post-casting constructionthe design and the right choice of the formwork template system has to be paid much attention to. By summing up experiencein construction, three design schemes for formwork template are introduced in the present paper. It is sincerely hopedthat this paper may be of some help to the construction of the cast-in-place deck panel of T-shaped beam and other similar projects.
