摘要
通过通问卷调查,访谈等方式对浙江省A市的教师专业发展培训(义务段)进行绩效评估。结果表明,教师的培训满意度较高,特别是对培训的组织管理工作满意度最高;教师培训有力提升了教师专业发展,在"提高教学能力","开阔教育视野"等方面效果明显;无论是对教师培训的满意度还是培训的效益度,小学教师相比初中教师都有更高的正向评价。在绩效评估的基础上,文章从教师专业发展评价、互联网+教师培训、教师培训师队伍建设三个方面对"十三五"教师培训工作提出建议。
Based onquestionnaire survey and interviews on compulsory education teacher's training of A city in Zhejiang province during the 12 th Five-year-plan period, the results show that teachers are satisfiedwith training, especially with training organization; teacher's training vigorously raises teacher's professional quality, obviously in the fields of teaching ability, education view; elementary school teachers benefit more than junior high school teachers. On the basis of this performance evaluation, this paper proposes suggestions from the aspects of teacher professional development evaluation, Internet + teacher training and trainer training.
