摘要
座位安排是影响师幼互动的重要物质手段之一。"马蹄型"座位是幼儿园集体教学活动的常见形式,研究发现,"马蹄型"座位的不同区域中师幼互动的频次、内容、性质都存在差异,有优势区、中性区和弱势区之分。教师在安排"马蹄型"座位时,应考虑各区域之间的轮换,同时对处于师幼互动弱势区的幼儿多加重视,促进师幼和谐互动。
The seating arrangementis one of the important material means of teacher-child interaction.Horseshoe seat is a common form of the collective teaching activity in kindergartens.Thefrequency,content and nature of the teacher-child interaction in different areas of the horseshoe seat are different, namely good, neutral andweak areas. When arranging the horseshoe seat, teachers should consider to have a rotation among the various regions, at the same time to pay more attention to vulnerable areasin order to promote the harmoniousinteraction between teachers and children.
