黑场补偿在数码印花中的应用研究

摘要 黑场补偿是在图像处理中改善图像黑色部分层次感的功能。数码印花产品经常出现黑色部分偏色,暗部层次不明显等问题。因此为了将黑场补偿应用到纺织品数码印花领域,提高数码印花产品的颜色效果,通过研究分析四种再现意图和黑场补偿的使用条件等,最终在相对比色意图下,对比使用黑场补偿前后暗部效果,同时尝试了饱和度意图加黑场补偿的实验。研究发现,在打印前对图像进行适当的再现意图加黑场补偿处理后,能提高打印后的暗色表现效果,使暗部颜色层次更加丰富,可明显提升纺织数码印花的打印效果。 Black point compensation is used in the image processing to improve the sense of layering of black part. In the field of digital printing,the black part of products always deviates and the layer of dark part is not obvious. To apply black point compensation in the field of textile digital printing and improve color effect of digital printing products,the use conditions of four rendering intents and black point compensation are studied. Finally,under contrast color intent,the effect of black part before and after black point compensation was compared. Meanwhile,the experiment of saturability intent plus black point compensation was tried. The experiments show that after the image is treated with proper rendering intent and black point compensation before printing,dark color performance effect after printing can improve,and the color layer of dark part becomes richer. Beside,the printing effect of digital printing can improve obviously.
