摘要
针对岩滩水电站扩建工程主体II标地质条件复杂,洞室断面大,施工难度高,工期短,施工安全问题突出等诸多困难,综合分析了工程的施工特点和难点,进行科学的施工策划和组织管理,采取切实可行的措施,不断优化施工方案,在开工时间滞后的不利条件下,提前实现了机组发电的目标。
In view of complicated geologic conditions, big tunnel cross section, great engineering difficulty, shortconstruction period, and engineering safety problem of Lot II-Main Works of Extension Project of Yantan Hydropower Station, this paper studies features and difficulties in construction of this project. The constructionscheme is optimized through scientific construction planning and organizational management as well as adoptionof feasible measures to enable the power generation of units ahead of schedule despite the delayed commencement.
