摘要
按照基础资源平台、运行控制功能和驾驶舱给出了主动配电网运行控制技术的技术架构;给出了多能源系统协调优化、需求侧响应和基于主动机制的智能自愈等关键技术的功能组成方案。最后从多周期协调优化技术、清洁能源优先消纳技术和基于对等通信方式的智能自愈方面对主动配电网运行控制技术进行后续展望。
The active distribution network (ADN) represents the future development direction, and the analysis ofits operation control technology can provide a reference for the subsequent implementation. In this paper, thetechnical framework of ADN's operation control technology, which incorporates coordination and optimization ofmulti-energy system, demand-side response and active mechanism-based intelligent healing technology, is presented on the basis of basic resource platform, operation control system and power system operation cockpit. Finally, the prospective of ADN is analyzed based on multi-periodic coordination optimization technology, cleanenergy priority disposal technology and intelligent healing technology.
