摘要
介绍了某220 kV敞开式隔离开关的拒分故障,并对该故障进行详细分析。经检查确认故障原因是微动开关动作后不能恢复,导致分闸回路断开无法正常分闸。通过对微动开关的结构进行检查分析,确认微动开关不能复归的原因是由于橡胶垫老化。针对微动开关的设计问题,提出取消橡胶垫的设计建议,确保微动开关的可靠复归。
This paper discusses the opening failure of 220kV open type isolating switch in details, and the problem occurs because the micro switch fails to reset after it acts and the opening control circuit disconnects consequently. It is the aging rubber pad that makes the micro switch unable to return by carefully studying the structure of the micro switch. In view of the problem in the structure of the micro switch, this paper presents a designproposal to get rid of the rubber pad so that the micro switch can reset reliably.
