摘要
为改变冬季北方园林的萧条景象,实现常绿阔叶树种在北方的引种驯化,在低温胁迫条件下,测定了6种常绿阔叶树种红叶石楠、扶芳藤、常春藤、法国冬青、北海道黄杨和枸骨的膜透性变化,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸三种渗透调节物质含量的变化,超氧化物歧化酶活力的变化程度,并运用隶属函数法综合评价了其抗寒能力的强弱,为常绿树种在北方的引种驯化提供依据。研究结果表明:随着温度的下降,各供试材料叶片的膜透性增大,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸积累量增多,超氧化物歧化酶活性增强。隶属函数法抗寒性综合评价显示北海道黄杨、扶芳藤、常春藤的抗寒能力较强,红叶石楠和枸骨抗寒能力中等,法国冬青抗寒性弱。
To Provide the basis of the domesticated for evergreen tree species in the north, physiological and biochemicalcharacteristics in Photinia frasery , Hedera nepalensis var sinensis , Euonymus fortunei , Ilex cornuta Lindl. ex Paxt. ,Viburnumodoratissimum Ker. and Euonymus japonicus cv. ‘CuZhi’ were studied under low temperature, the changes in different indexessuch as cell membrane permeability, soluble sugar and soluble protein and proline of leaves, SOD activity of cold tolerancewere revealed, and mathematical evaluation model by subject function on cold tolerance was established too. Evergreenbroad-leaved trees were investigated during the winter months of November 2011 to March 2012. During the short period oftemperature decline, SOD activity increased and then peaked as a result of rapid increase in soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline, as well as the inhibition of the relative electrolyte conductivity. These physiological and biochemical changes protected theevergreen broad -leaved trees from cold damage during winter. According to the results of cold resistance comprehensive evaluation,the cold tolerance abilities were ranked as the following order: E . japonicus cv. ‘CuZhi’〉E . fortunei H . nepalensis var. siwewjis 〉 P.frasery 〉 I . crornuta Lindl. ex Paxt..
