野生玫瑰种质资源鉴定评价技术规范的研制

鉴定评价技术规范标准的研制是植物种质资源收集、鉴定和评价的重要技术手段。本标准以全国野生玫瑰种质资源为研究对象,依据相关规范性引用文件和测试方法,对野生玫瑰53个测试性状进行测定和描述,并给予相应代码与模式图。本标准对于全国野生玫瑰种质资源的整合、规范鉴定评价,以及信息与实物共享机制与体制的建立起到重要作用,并适用于野生玫瑰植物新种质特异性、一致性和稳定性的测试和评价、收集、保存。

The study on standard of Technical code for evaluating was an important technical means for collecting, indentifyingand evaluating the germplasm resources. This standard took the germplasm resources of Rosa rugosa in whole China as theresearch objects〉 according to the relevant normative reference documents and test methods, made determination and descriptionfor the 53 test characters of Rosa rugosa, andgave the corresponding codes and pattern diagrams. This standard will playimportant role for integrating and specifying the identification and evalution, and the establishment of sharing mechanism andsystem for the information and objects, and it is applied for the testing guidelines of distinctness, uniformity and stability, andthe evaluation, collection and preservation for the new germplasm of Rosa rugosa.
