山东省国槐古树资源调查及保存现状研究

Resource investigation of ancient Sophora japonica tree in Shandong Province

结合实地调研和资料查询,对山东省现存的国槐古树的数量及分布情况、生长状况、保护级别与权属等现状进行了统计,对国槐古树保存下来的原因进行了分析,并对国槐古树进行了异地集中保存,共保存1197个株系,建立种质资源圃16.7hm2,为国槐杂交育种和分子育种奠定了基础。

Combined with data collection and field survey, this paper makes statistical analysis on the quantity, distributionsituation , growth status ,age distribution and ownership of ancient Sophora japonica tree in Shandong Province . The causewhich the ancient trees have kept up for many years were analyzed. 1197 strains were collected and kept in germplasm nursery.Collection and preservation of the ancient sophora japonica tree germplasm resources lied the foundations for cross breeding anmoLecular breeding of new varieties.
