培养外军留学生中国情结的研究与探索

An Exploration of Chinese Complex Cultivation for Foreign Military Students

培养外军留学生中国情结十分重要。它是维护我国国家利益的需要;是扩大我国我军影响的需要;是提高受训国实力的需要;是加强与受训国友谊的需要。培养外军留学生中国情结面临的问题,一是外军留学生受西方媒体负面的影响;二是外军留学生价值观的培训存在盲区。加强外军留学生中国情结培养的举措:拓展课程类型与多种教学形式相结合;建立外军留学生人性化科学管理;建立外军留学生毕业后联络机制;规范外事工作的军人职业行为。

It is vital to cultivate Chinese Complex among foreign military students,which serves to protect our national interests,to expand the influence of our country and army,to enhance the power of trainee countries and to strengthen the friendship between China and trainee countries. Problems concerning Chinese complex cultivation among foreign military students include that,1） foreign military students may be negatively affected by western media; 2） there exist dead zones in foreign military students＇ value cultivation. Accordingly,measures to enhance Chinese complex cultivation involve： 1） combining course expansion with various teaching methods; 2） establishing scientific human- based management for foreign military students; 3） setting up a post- graduation liaison system with foreign military students; and 4） normalizing Chinese soldiers＇ professional behavior involved in foreign affairs.
