摘要 建立了NPD-气相色谱法检测丙烯酰胺的方法,采用Thermo毛细管柱TG-WAXMS分离,样品经甲醇洗脱直接上样分析。丙烯酰胺得到了良好的分离,线性关系良好,平均回收率在99.0%。该方法无需衍生和萃取,比国标方法使用溴化衍生ECD检测具有更低的检出限,操作方法简便,准确性高,适合批量样品分析。 The NPD-gas chromatography method of acrylamide was established which separated by thermo capillary column TG- WAXMS sample eluted by methanol then analysis directly. The solution can be achieved well and the method had a good linear relationship. The average recovery rate was about 99.0%. This method had a lower limit of detection, also more simple and easy than the national standard method which used brominated derivative ECD detection. The method was operation easily, accuracy which was suitable for batch samples analysis.
