导乐分娩配合镇痛治疗仪对高龄初产妇分娩的影响

Influence of Doula delivery combining with the analgesic apparatus for the delivery of elderly primipara

目的探讨导乐分娩配合镇痛治疗仪对高龄初产妇分娩的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2015年10月空军总医院住院分娩的122例高龄初产妇的临床资料,均为单胎,采用导乐分娩的62例产妇为导乐组,未行导乐分娩的60例产妇为对照组,比较两组剖宫产率、经阴道分娩者的第一、第二产程时间及新生儿窒息发生率。结果导乐组与对照组比较,剖宫产率显著下降(P<0.05),第一、第二产程时间均明显缩短(P<0.05),新生儿窒息率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论导乐分娩配合镇痛治疗仪对高龄初产妇的自然分娩起到显著促进和支持作用,有效降低剖宫产率,提高分娩质量。

Objective To study the influence of Doula delivery combining with the analgesic apparatus for the delivery of elderly primipara.Methods The data of 122 cases of elderly primipara of singleton pregnancy hospitalized in General Hospital of Air Force from January 2014 to October 2015 were analyzed retrospectively .62 cases with Doula delivery （ Doula group ） and 60 cases without Doula delivery in the same period （ control group ） were compared in cesarean rate , the first and second stage of labor of the mothers having natural birth and the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum .Results Compared with the control group , the cesarean rate , the time of the first and second stage of labor and the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum were all reduced significantly in the Doula group （ P〈0.05） .Conclusions Doula delivery combining with the analgesic apparatus can significantly improve and support natural childbirth of elderly primipara .It can effectively decrease the rate of cesarean , improve the quality of delivery .
