普萘洛尔治疗婴儿型血管瘤的研究进展

婴儿型血管瘤是幼儿常见的良性肿瘤,以往使用手术切除、冷冻治疗、激光治疗或者使用药物如激素治疗。普萘洛尔是临床常用的药物,2008年首次报道对于婴儿型血管瘤可能有良好的疗效。许多研究支持普萘洛尔治疗婴儿型血管瘤有较好的疗效,且副作用少。该文对普萘洛尔的药物特性、国内外用于治疗血管瘤的现状、治疗血管瘤的机制,目前常见的治疗剂量方案、外用普萘洛尔凝胶的效果、停药后的复发以及可能存在的不良反应等相关方面,进行了一个综述。

Infantile hemangiomas （IH） is a common benign tumour in infancy. In the past, the treatments for IH inelude operation, laser therapy, drug such as steroids. Propranolol is a common clinical drug. In 2008, Propranolol was reported that it may have good curative effect on the treatment of hemangioma for the first time. Many research report impressive effect of propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangioma. This paper introduces the medicinal characteristic of propranolol, the treatment of domestic and international status quo, mechanism of action, treatment plan, recurrence, and adverse effects of propranolol.
