摘要
目的探讨光动力联合二氧化碳激光对复发性尖锐湿疣患者外周血CD4+、CD8+T细胞和调节性T细胞表达的影响。方法选取2013年4月~2015年4月在河北工程大学附属医院(以下简称"我院")皮肤科门诊就诊的复发性尖锐湿疣患者30例作为研究组,同时选取我院同期健康体检者20名作为健康对照组。研究组给予光动力联合激光治疗。应用流式细胞仪检测研究组治疗前后及健康对照组外周血中T细胞亚群以及CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞的百分比。结果研究组治疗前CD4+/CD8+比值(1.19±0.98)明显低于健康对照组(1.98±0.30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后CD4+/CD8+比值(1.75±0.78)与健康对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗前和治疗后外周血中CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞百分比分别为(13.92±12.65)%和(8.38±2.79)%,均明显高于健康对照组[(4.22±4.26)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞百分比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复发性尖锐湿疣患者存在免疫功能异常,处于免疫失衡状态。光动力可以调节复发性尖锐湿疣患者失衡的免疫状态,以利于皮损消退。
Objective To explore the effect of photodynamic therapy combined with carbon dioxide laser therapy for the expression of CD4+, CD8+ T cells and regulatory T cells of peripheral blood in patients with recurrent eondyloma acuminatum. Methods Thirty cases of patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum treated in Outpatient Department of Dermatology, Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Engineering University ("our hospital" for short) from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected as study group, 20 healthy controls examined in our hospital at the same time were selected as healthy control group. The study group was given photodynamic therapy combined with carbon dioxide laser therapy. Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentages of T lymphocyte subsets and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T regulatory cells of peripheral blood in study group before and after treatment and healthy control group. Results The ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in study group before treatment (1.19±0.98) was lower than that of healthy control group (1.98±0.30), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05), after treatment, the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in study group (1.75±0.78) had no statistically significant difference with healthy control group (P 〉 0.05). The percentage of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T regulatory cells of peripheral blood in study group before and after treatment was (13.92±12.65)% and (8.38±2.79)% respectively, which were all higher than that of healthy control group [(4.22±4.26)%], the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); compared with before treatment, the percentage of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T regulatory cells after treatment was decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The immune function of patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum is abnormal, which is in a state of imbalance. Photodynamie can adjust the immune unbalance of patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum, which is helpful for the extinction of skin lesions.
