以精料为基础,高效、低耗、优质、长寿、环保的炼铁技术方针符合低碳炼铁、节能降耗及降低成本的要求。这是当前高炉炼铁发展的必然趋势,符合国家的长远目标。可是必须采用科学的方法来评价才能发挥作用,采用评价高炉炼铁的新方法具体落实低碳炼铁的方针。

Based on the high grade blast furnace burden, the policy for ironmaking technology with high efficiency, low consumption, high quality, long campaign and environmental protection can meet the requirements of low-car- bon ironmaking, energy conservation and cost reduction. And this policy is an inevitable trend of developing iron- making industry, and can conform to the national long-term goals. But a scientific method is needed to evaluate ever- y aspects reasonably to make it work. A new evaluation method of blast furnace production efficiency is used to im- plement the policy of low-carbon ironmaking.
