摘要
目前矿热炉冶炼硅系合金存在SiO在炉料中转化生成Si和SiC时,凝结为具有高导电性的板结料,导致炉料透气性下降。同时未及时分解的高熔点SiC在出炉时沉落炉底,凝结形成假炉底,导致炉底上涨。针对这些问题,通过矿热炉炉体旋转机构,减轻炉料板结,提高炉料透气性。利用三维软件绘制出炉体旋转机构安装总图、上环形轨道装配图、销齿传动装配图等图纸。
In the process that the submerged arc furnace (SAF) smelting silicon alloy, the SiO generated Si and SiC. The products coagulate to the harden material with high electrical conductivity, the harden material results in a de- cline in burden permeability; at the same time, the SiC with high melting point which is failure to decompose sinks down bottom when tapping, gradually the furnace bottom rising. In order to solve this problem, the rotation mecha- nism is added to the submerged arc furnace (SAF). Then, the harden material in furnace reduces, the burden per- meability increases. The related blueprints were also finished via software.
