摘要
研究纳米填料GW-080在轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶中以纳米填料GW-080部分替代白炭黑后,胶料的门尼粘度减小,t_(10)延长,t_(90)缩短,加工性能提高,Payne效应减弱,硫化胶在60℃时的损耗因子减小,滚动阻力降低;当纳米填料GW-080用量为30份时,硫化胶的综合性能较好。
The application of nano-filler GW-080 in the tread compound of tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using nano-filler GW-080 to replace part of the silica in the tread compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,t(10) was extended,t(90) was shortened,the processing property was improved,and the Payne effect was weakened.The loss factor of the vulcanizate at 60 ℃ was decreased.and the rolling resistance was reduced.When the addition level of nano-filler GW-080 was 30 phr,the comprehensive properties of vulcanize were better.
