摘要
目的研究男性不育症患者与其Y染色体AZY微缺的相关性。方法选择2009年10月‐2014年10月,在该院接受治疗的150例男性不育症患者,记录统计患者及其妻子的年龄等基本信息。并对其外周血DNA进行提取,进行染色体检查以及患者Y染色体AZF微缺基因的检测。结果 150例男性不育症患者中,总共检测出14例AZF基因微缺失的患者,其总缺失率为9.33%,其中,无精子症组患者中的缺失率为10.91%,严重少弱精子症组患者中缺失率为10.29%,少精子症组患者中的缺失率为3.70%。无精子症组以及严重少弱精子症组中患者的AZF基因微缺失率与少精子症组相比有大幅度提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论男性Y染色体AZF基因微缺失对其引发不育症具有直接的影响,对不育男性患者进行Y染色体AZF基因检测为其临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。
[Objective]To study the correlation between Y chromosome microdeletion in azoospermia factor(AZF) region and male infertility.[Methods]From October 2009 to October 2014,150 male patients with infertility treated in our hospital were selected,and the age of the patients and their wives were recorded.DNA was extracted from peripheral blood,chromosome examination and detection of AZF gene microdeletion in Y chromosome were done.[Results]Totally 14 cases of AZF gene microdeletion were detected in 150 cases of male infertility,and the total deletion rate was 9.33%.The deletion rate was 10.91%in azoospermia group,10.29%in severe oligoasthenozoospermia group,and 3.70%in oligospermia group.Microdeletion rates of AZF gene in azoospermia group and severe oligoasthenozoospermia group were greatly improved when compared with that in oligospermia group,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]AZF gene microdeletion in Y chromosome has a direct influence on the initiation of male infertility,and the detection of AZF gene has an important significance for the clinical treatment of male infertility.
