个性化音乐康复护理在抑郁症患者中的应用及效果评价

Application of individualized music rehabilitation nursing in patients with depression and its effect evaluation

目的探讨个性化的音乐康复护理模式在抑郁症患者中的临床效果,并据此分析该护理方案是否具有临床实用和推广的价值。方法选取该院2013年12月‐2015年12月住院治疗的84例抑郁症患者,按照随机原则平均分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用常规护理模式,观察组患者采用个性化音乐康复护理模式,对比两组患者在不同的护理模式后临床各项指标、舒适度及满意度等。结果两组患者护理前社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组患者SSRS指标评分要明显高于对照组,HAMD评分则明显低于对照组,两组患者护理后SSRS、HAMD评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者护理后满意度为66.67%,低于观察组患者对护理工作的满意度95.24%(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗知识、治疗态度、治疗行为和治疗环节4个方面改善程度要明显的优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者在生理、心理、社会环境和文化等方面的舒适度评分要明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对于抑郁症的患者,传统护理模式已经难以满足临床实际需求,而个性化的音乐康复护理模式不仅是一种新颖的护理模式,起到吸引患者的目的,同时其实际的疗效也令人满意,能够大幅缓解患者抑郁状态,使其能够较为稳定处于愉悦的环境中,心理和生理方面得到充分满足,值得临床推广借鉴。

[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing mode of music in patients with depression,and analyze whether the nursing program has clinical value of utility and promotion.[Methods]Eighty-four hospitalized patients with depression in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected and evenly divided into two groups according to random principle.Patients in the control group were received the routine nursing mode,and patients in the observation group were treated with personalized music rehabilitation nursing mode.Clinical indices,comfort and satisfaction of two groups of patients treated with different patterns of care were compared.[Results]Before nursing,Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS） score and Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） score in two groups were not significantly different（P〉0.05）.After nursing,SSRS score was significantly higher and HAMD score was significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;patient satisfaction in the control group after nursing was 66.67%（28/42）,in the observation group was 95.24%（40/42）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;and further study found that the improvement in patients＇ knowledge,attitude and behavior for treatment and treatment component in the observation group was obviously superior to that in the control group,which had significant difference（P〈0.05）;in addition,comfort scores in physical,psychological,social environment,culture and other aspects of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]For patients with depression,the traditional nursing mode has been difficult to meet the actual needs of clinic,while personalized music rehabilitation nursing mode is not only a new nursing mode to attract patients,also its actual effect is satisfactory,which can significantly ease the depression state of patients because it makes patients to be more stable in a pleasant environment and obtain physiological and psychological satisfaction,so it is worthy of clinical reference.
