军队区域卫生信息化建设模式探讨

Discussion on Military Health Information Construction

目的建立一个支撑区域卫生工作互联互通、高效规范的区域卫生信息系统。方法某军区卫生信息中心结合全军部队卫勤保障模式建立了系统功能集成、信息全面共享、数据实时交换、应用高效便捷的区域卫勤保障信息平台。结果该平台实现了远程医疗、药材轮换、装备维修、疾病防控等业务功能,以及卫生资源协调、卫生工作监控、网络运营维护等管理功能。结论平台经实践验证,成为了有效整合区域卫生资源的重要信息支撑平台,为探索区域一体化卫勤保障模式改革提供借鉴。

Objective To strengthen a high standard of regional health information system for supporting regional health works in interconnection and intercommunication states.Methods The regional health service information platform,which showed system integration function,general sharing information,real-time data exchange and efficient application,was built by combining military health information center with military medical supporting model.Results The platform showed business functions including telemedicine,rotation and renewal of medical supplies equipment service,disease control and prevention,and the following management functions,health resources coordination,health monitoring,network operation.Conclusion The platform is verified by practice that integrating effectively regional health service information provides lessons for the integration of military medical supporting model reform.
