摘要
性别身份认同是个体对自己所归属性别的觉知。女性领导的性别身份认同影响女性领导的领导效能感和领导风格。和谐一致的女性领导的认同体系对于女性领导的成长发展具有重要意义。当前,可以从四个方面促进女性领导身份认同体系的构建,即不断学习,强化女性领导对自身身份角色的认知;拓宽途径,加强对女性领导的培养和锻炼;创建更有利于女性领导发展的政策执行环境;通过社会文化教育和媒体舆论,转变传统的性别文化。
The recognition of gender identity refers to one' s perception about gender. Women leaders' recognition about their gender identity will place a profound impact on their leading competency and management style. A consistent system of recognizing one's gender identity has great significance for women leaders' future growth in career. Women leaders' recognition of gender identity could be enhanced in the following aspects. Through a continuous self-learning, women leaders can deepen their recognition of social identity. In addition, relevant sectors should broaden the vision of women's leadership through the cultivation of their leadership competency, creating a favorable environment for the implementation of supportive policies. The media and cultural education should also play a critical part in breaking the traditional stereotype of gender identity.
