A Study on Women's Leadership at the Age of “Internet Plus”

政府工作报告中的"互联网+"行动计划将"互联网+"提到前所未有的高度。从领导科学的发展来看,"互联网+"这个新兴概念的诞生将对女性领导方式产生深远的影响。文章结合"互联网+"时代的特点及其对领导方式的新要求,对女性领导素质进行分析,提出"互联网+"时代女性领导的新能力,致力于实现女性领导思维方式和行为方式的新升级。

The action plan of ＂Internet Plus＂ referred in the Report on the Work of the Government had been given top priorities. From the perspective of leadership science, the notion of ＂Internet Plus＂ will place a profound impact on women＇s leadership. Based on an analysis of the unique characteristics of ＂Internet Plus＂ and requirement for new leadership styles, this paper studies essential qualities for women leaders. In addition, the paper also put forward new capabilities required by women＇s leadership at the age of ＂Internet Plus＂ for new ways of thinking and action in women＇s leadership.
