摘要
为了缓解新疆水资源短缺的现状,在对从通天河调水入疆和南水北调西线工程的分析和讨论的基础上,首次提出了每年从怒江调水60×10~8m^3入疆的设想,规划了调水路线和工程规模,初步设计了主要建筑物的结构及尺寸,估算了工程投资,并研究了这个方案的可行性。研究结果表明:从怒江调水入疆在技术上和经济上是可行的。这个方案既避免了从通天河调水入疆与南水北调西线工程的矛盾,也解决了新疆的部分缺水问题,是一个可行性较高的调水方案。
In order to alleviate the situation of water resources shortage in Xinjiang, based on the analysis and discussion of the project diverting water from Tongtian river to Xinjiang and the west project diverting water from south to north, the paper first put forward the tentative plan of diverting water of 60 × 108m3 from Nujiang river to Xinjiang, planed the diversion route and project scale, preliminary designed the structure and size of main building and estimated project investment and study the feasibility of this scheme. The results showed that diverting water from Nujiang river to Xinjiang is feasible in technology and economy. This scheme can not only avoid the contradiction of the project diverting water from Tong- tian river to Xinjiang and the west project of water diversion from south to north, but also solve the prob- lem of partial water shortage in Xinjiang, and is a water transfer scheme of higher feasibility.
