摘要
采用FLUENT6.3.26软件求解气液两相流,VOF(volume of fluid)法捕捉自由液面,气液两相流时均方程的求解应用标准湍流模型,速度与压力耦合方程组的求解应用半隐式算法。分析比较了氧化沟内各测线上流速沿水深方向的变化规律,将模拟结果与实验数据进行比较分析,得出两者有很好的一致性,从而验证了所选数值模型的正确性。为进一步研究氧化沟内部的流场结构和优化氧化沟的体型设计提供了参考依据。
The paper used FLUENT6.3.26 software to solve gas-liquid two-phase flow, and VOF ( Vol- ume of fluid) method to track free liquid surface, and standard turbulence model to solve the time-aver- aged equations of gas-liquid two phases flow, and the semi-implicit method to solve velocity and pressure coupling equations. It compared the change law of measuring line in oxidation ditch and analyzed simula- ted result and test data. The two results have a good agreement and identify the correctness of chosen mod- el. The result can provide a reference for the optimization of oxidation ditch design and the efficient opera- tion.
