摘要
我国高等工程教育体系是随着中国工业化发展进程而形成的,工程科技人才的培养始终坚持走教育与生产劳动相结合、校企产学研合作的道路。校企产学研合作,产教融合协同育人是培养工程科技人才的有效途径。从校企合作的本质需要来看,校企文化融合能够有效促进二者深度合作机制的形成,使学校与企业从供给和需求的不同角度产生协同育人的内动力。
With the development of Chinese industrialization process,higher engineering education system has formed in China.The training of engineering science and technology talents always conform to combination of education and productive labor,as well as the way of "industry-university-institute"cooperation. "Industry-university-institute"cooperation and the fusion of production and education are effective ways to train engineering science and technology talents. In terms of the essential need of university-enterprise cooperation,university-enterprise culture fusion can effectively promote the formation of their deep cooperation mechanism and produce the inner power of collaborative education from different standpoints of supply and demand between universities and enterprises.
