摘要
花生四烯酸(arachidonic acid,AA)是人体内含量丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,其代谢产物具有多种生物活性并且参与调节多种病理生理过程。大量研究发现AA可经细胞色素P450(cytochrome P450,CYP)途径代谢,且其CYPω-羟化酶代谢产物20-羟基二十碳四烯酸(20-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid,20-HETE)对心脑血管疾病的发生发展有一定的影响。CYPω-羟化酶抑制剂在防治心脑血管疾病中有广泛的应用前景。本文就AAω-羟化酶的种类、表达及基因多态性、20-HETE的生理功能和AAω-羟化酶抑制剂在心脑血管疾病中的应用前景等作一综述。
Arachidonic acid is a polyunsaturat- ed fatty acid in human body, and its bioactive me- tabolites play significant roles in regulating many physiological and pathological processes. Recent studies found that arachidonic acid and its ω-hydrox- ylation metabolite, 20-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (20-HETE), contribute to the pathogenesis of many cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. Inhibiting 20-HETE synthesis with ω-hydroxylase inhibitors is considered to be the therapeutic targets for many cardio-cerebro-vascular diseases. This review summarized the ex- pression of arachidonic acid ω-hydroxylase, the effects of 20-HETE and ω-hydroxylase inhibitors in the cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.
