摘要
[目的]为筛选针对植物线虫病害的活性化合物,本文开发了一种获得多样性四唑杂环化合物的合成方法。[方法]利用多样性导向合成与中间体衍生化方法,合成了具有结构多样性的4个系列的新型四唑杂环化合物。[结果]这4个系列的四唑杂环化合物通过核磁、红外、质谱确定了化合物结构。[结论]该方法避免使用了叠氮钠等原料,具有简单易行、安全可靠的特点,提高了结构多样性的农用杀线虫剂化合物合成效率。
[Aims] In order to screen active compounds for plant nematode disease, we developed a synthetic method of diverse tetrazole heterocyclic compounds. [Methods] Four series of diverse structural tetrazole phosphate compounds were synthesized based on diversity oriented synthesis and intermediate derivatization approach. [Results] The structures of compounds were determined by NMR, IR and MS. [Conclusions] This method avoids the use of sodium azide. The advantage of this method is simple, safe and reliable for screening ofnematocidal compounds with structural diversity.
